Penney Auto Body is an ICBC C.A.R. Shop Valet. We provide ICBC Approved Collision Repairs & Valet Services. As an ICBC C.A.R. Shop Valet facility, we are able to do damage estimates for ICBC. So unless your estimate has to be done at an ICBC claim centre, we can take care of your claim from start to finish.

To achieve this ICBC C.A.R. Shop Valet status, Penney Auto Body must meet or exceed the highest standards for repair equipment, continual staff training, and good business practices.

Vancouver Courtesy Cars | Vehicle Pick up & Drop Off

As an C.A.R. Shop Valet facility, we can also assist you with your transportation including courtesy cars, mobile estimates, and valet services. Our business hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm (Mon-Fri), 10:00am to 2:00pm (Sat), but for many of you, those could also be your work hours. You may either have to work, take care of children or simply may not feel comfortable to drive your car to our shop due to the damages. To those of you, and even if it is not insurance related, we can arrange for vehicle pick up and drop off so you wouldn’t have to come all the way to our facility! At the same time, be arranged with a courtesy car while yours is being repaired.

Canadian Direct Insurance Authorized Repair Centre

Penney Auto Body & Glass is also a Canadian Direct Insurance (CDI) Authorized Repair Centre. As a CDI authorized repair centre, we are able to do damage estimates for CDI and you do not have to go to 2 different facilities for an estimate. To achieve this CDI authorized repair centre status, our facility has been selected through reputation, financial stability, high quality of work through a re-inspection program, & professional workmanship.

Family / Economical Insurance Certified Repair Centre

Penney Auto Body & Glass is also a Certified Economical Repair Facility (CERF). As a CERF, we are able to do damage estimates for Family / Economical Insurance and ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish!
